Congratulations to the Lao Tobacco Control Task Force for launching the Kobchai Newsletter(in Lao).  The first issue came out last 20 May 2010.  It features a message from the Chair of the TCTF, Dr. Sithat Insisiengmay, Smoke-free highlights during the last SEA Games, and updates on Graphic health warnings in Laos.
