During the launching of WNTD, the NCHP, WR where presented with WNTD Award.  Dr Vintak produce a presentation on the Sub-decree on Graphic Health Warnings, while Ms Bungon presented the Best Practice on Graphic Health Warnings.  There is a suggestion from policy makers that Cambodia should try to achieve Text Warning for at least three years before starting the Graphic Health Warnings.  It is a good evidence showing that while all the elements are already in place to push for Graphic Health Warnings, there is still the issue of political-will that need to be work on.
