The Health For All, Invest in Health Promotion Statement below initiated by HealthJustice, Inc., is supported by six former Philippine Department of Health Secretaries including 18 different civil society organizations and academic organizations. The sin tax issue is being deliberated in the Philippines, and developing quickly in the Senate.
