SEATCA Director Bungon Ritthiphakdee formally receives the WHO Director-General’s Special Recognition Award, World No Tobacco Day 2014 ( only 2 in the  world) from Dr. Takeshi Kasai Director for Program Management/WHO – WPRO.

Present were Dr. Susan Mercado, Director for the Division of NCD and Health Through the Life Course, Dr Carmen  Audera Lopez, Tobacco Free Initiative Acting Team Leader, Dr. Ulysses Dorotheo, SEATCA SITT Project Director, Ms May Cho, SEATCA coordinator for Myanmar, and Ms Joy Alampay, SEATCA Communications Manager.

WHO WPRO staff were also on hand to witness the awarding.
